RINO – This weekend marks the first anniversary of Los Chingones and Sugarmill. The celebrate, the restaurants are bringing back favorites from the original menu. Some items at Los Chignones include: tomato balsamic salsa, the tongue taco, and taquitos. At the Sugarmil, a special three-course menu is available for $25, which includes your choice of either red velvet creme brulee cake or chocolate jasmine jar for dessert. These items and offers are available through December 7.
RINO – Black Black Coffee is hosting a Home Espresso Basics class on December 6 at 9 a.m. The class is two to three hours and covers basics such as espresso preparation and milk steaming. To sign up, click here.
WESTMINSTER – Get a sneak peak at the new Whole Foods in Westminster’s Bradburn Village on December 6. The store is offering tours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Brett Saunders, from KBCO, will also be onsite to support the release of the station’s annual KBCO Studio C album. Food trucks Vibrant Earth Juices, Gusto’s Kitchen, The Bistro Bus, Barbed Wire Reef, The Orange Crunch, B&B Smokehouse Meats and the Sweet Cow MooMobile will also be at the event.
CENTENNIAL– The ViewHouse Centennial’s new Buffet Brunch spread is served up every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The buffet spread includes chilled seafood, made-to-order omelets, a waffle station, pancake bar, meat carving stations, desserts, and more. GOLDEN – One of Colorado’s oldest seasonal beers, Winterfest, is on shelves now. The beer is brewed by AC Golden Brewing Company in very small quantities. The beer is celebrating its 30th year as a holiday seasonal beer, and won a gold medal at this year’s World Beer Cup.
UPTOWN – Marczyk Fine Foods now offers same-day grocery delivery. The store teamed up with Instacart to provide the service. For more information, click here.
LODO – Hopdoddy introduced a double patty burger to its menu. The Dispensary Double Stackcombines two beef and onion patties, swiss and cheddar cheese, Sassy Sauce, and chipotle ketchup all in a fresh baked egg bun.
